5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, Reddit) are established in the United States or may process data there. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses), according to each provider's contractual commitments.

6. Retention periods

  • Account data and content: for as long as the account is active.
  • Account deletion: the account is deactivated immediately, then its data is permanently erased after a 30-day period during which the deletion can be cancelled on request.

  • Billing data: kept for the statutory accounting retention period.
  • Audience measurement: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
  • Advertising measurement: according to the retention period configured in Reddit Ads.

7. Security

Exchanges with the service are encrypted (HTTPS). Database backups are encrypted before being stored off the main server. Access to the data is limited to the Publisher.

8. Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • request its rectification or erasure (account deletion is available in your settings),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
