All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphic or technical elements, general structure, etc.) is the exclusive property of Jean-Christophe Bianic, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the website or its content, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

User-generated content
Texts written and saved by users in their personal space on Inklyne remain their exclusive property. Inklyne claims no copyright, distribution or exploitation right over them, except with the user's explicit consent (e.g. voluntary participation in shared content, public workshops, etc.). Inklyne does not use users' texts to train any artificial-intelligence model.

Users warrant that they hold the rights to the content they publish and undertake not to infringe third-party rights.

Liability for user content
Users are solely responsible for the content they write, save or share through the Inklyne platform.

They undertake not to publish content that:

  • is contrary to public order or decency,
  • incites hatred, violence, discrimination or harassment,
  • is defamatory, insulting, obscene, involves child sexual abuse material, or is otherwise unlawful,
  • infringes third-party rights, in particular intellectual-property rights.

Jean-Christophe Bianic reserves the right to suspend or remove any reported, manifestly unlawful content, and to disable a user's access in case of repeated breaches of these rules.

Personal data

Data collected by Inklyne is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing details are set out in the Privacy policy.

Purposes of collection:

  • Creating and managing the user account (sign-in with a Google account)
  • Operating the service: saving, backing up and restoring texts
  • Managing the trial and the subscription, billing (payments handled by Stripe)
  • Sending service-related emails (via Resend)
  • Producing the Prima Lectio readings requested from within the app (analysis performed through Anthropic's API)
  • Measuring website usage for statistical purposes (Google Analytics, subject to consent)
  • Measuring the performance of advertising campaigns (Reddit Ads, subject to consent)

Data collected:

  • Information passed on by Google at sign-in (email address, name, profile picture where applicable)
  • Texts, projects and notes saved by the user
  • Usage data of the application (sessions, progress)
  • Audience-measurement data, only with consent

Retention period: Data is kept for as long as the account is active. When a user requests the deletion of their account, the account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day period.

Your rights: In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port your data. Exporting your texts and deleting your account are available directly from the application settings. You can also exercise these rights by writing to: contact@inklyne.app

Cookies

Inklyne uses cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website, as well as audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Reddit Ads), both of the latter subject to your explicit consent.

You can accept, refuse or customise your preferences at any time through the cookie banner.

Conditions of access to the service

Inklyne offers:

  • A 7-day free trial, opened when the account is created and extendable up to 21 days in total by completing the onboarding steps proposed in the application
  • Beyond that, access by monthly or annual subscription, under two plans (Journal and Complete) whose prices are listed on the Pricing page
