1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the conditions of access and use of the Inklyne website (https://inklyne.app) and the services provided by Jean-Christophe Bianic (hereinafter "the Publisher").
By accessing the site or using its services, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these ToS without reservation.
2. Service Overview
Inklyne is a digital writing platform allowing users to:
- write texts in a dedicated editor,
- track their writing practice and regularity,
- organize their writing projects,
- join a community of users.
The service is accessible:
- free of charge, with a limited version (1 active project),
- by subscription, to access advanced features.
3. Access to the Service
The service is accessible from any modern browser, with no installation required.
Access requires creating a user account with a valid email address and password.
The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and not to impersonate a third party.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Inklyne site (structure, code, texts except user content, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Jean-Christophe Bianic.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.
User Content
Texts and projects created by users in their personal space remain their full property. Inklyne claims no ownership or exploitation rights over this content.
The user retains full responsibility for the content they create or share.
5. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to:
- not use Inklyne for illegal purposes or contrary to public decency,
- not share hateful, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, or unlawful content,
- respect copyright and the intellectual property of others.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend a user's access or delete content in case of clear violation of these terms.

6. Personal Data
Inklyne collects personal data (email, usage data) in compliance with the GDPR.
The purposes of collection are:
- management of user accounts,
- usage tracking to improve the service,
- sending information related to the service (transactional emails and, where applicable, newsletters with prior consent).
Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

7. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service, as well as audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), subject to the user's explicit consent.

8. Offer Details
Free Version
The free version allows access to the service with a limitation of one active project.
Premium Version
The user may subscribe to a monthly or annual plan to benefit from extended features. Terms, pricing, and conditions are available on the subscription page.
The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled. The user may cancel at any time from their personal space.
9. Availability and Updates
The Publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. The service may be updated, changed, or interrupted for maintenance.
10. Modification of the ToS
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed by email or via the site in case of substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts.
